We want you to love your purchase so we accept returns on eligible items. To make a return, email us at sales@heybiancacooper.com within 7 days for an RMA number and return instructions. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Once we've received the returned item we will issue you a refund in the original form of payment minus shipping fees. If you'd like to make an exchange, please return the item and place a new order. 

All returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached and original packing slip included. 

• If an item is marked FINAL SALE it cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• International shipments are FINAL SALE.
• All discounted (including items purchased with a code) / sale items are store credit only and customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
